Do you remember Rich Mullins' Awesome God song? Rich was killed in a car accident on Sept 20, 1997... and had arranged to have his first Sacrament of Reconciliation the next day - Sept. 21 (A.M.) - with Fr. Paul Coakley (now the Archbishop of Oklahoma City). It was to be his last step in his quest to become Catholic and receive Our Eucharistic Lord. You need to read this posting by Fr.
